WKRP’s station administrator Arthur Carlson (Gordon Jump), also known as “The Big Guy”, is feeling really awkward at the radio broadcast. He asks program chief Andy Travis (Gary Sandy) “what do I do?” Travis tells him “you’re the chief and you do…boss stuff.” Carlson says that is not sufficient, he needs to be accountable for everything at the station.
