The center of BBC’s “Absolutely Fabulous” establishment is the connection between two moderately aged ladies, Edina and Patsy, whose ride-or-bite the dust commitment is currently a welcome expansion to a mid year list celebrating female fellowships like in “Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates” and “Ghostbusters.”
